If the apartment is ready, we can offer it to you, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the previous guest's departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage and belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to add guests to your original reservation, the price is €39 per person per night. Any unregistered or unpaid guests entering the property will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY: The cleaning fee after your arrival is included in the reservation. If you require extra cleaning or towel changes, please contact us; this will incur an additional charge of €70. ✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice, at a supplement of €25 per pet per night.
