In-person check-in from 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 30 surcharge. Late arrivals must be requested in advance: From 23:00 to 01:00: EUR 35 surcharge. From 01:00 to 02:00: EUR 50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 02:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available free of charge, subject to availability. If keys are lost or a locksmith is required because the keys were left inside the apartment, a EUR 150 locksmith charge applies and must be paid directly by the guest.
